KNP Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
By submitting the registration form to become a Ka-Negosyo Partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in the Ka-Negosyo Partnership Program of Mr. Fryman.
2. Eligibility
To qualify as a Ka-Negosyo Partner:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
You must submit accurate, complete, and verifiable information in your registration form.
You must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and business requirements.
3. Registration and Approval
Submission of the registration form does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
The Company reserves the right to review and verify all submitted information.
Approval is subject to the Company’s sole discretion.
The Company may request additional documentation for verification.
4. Partner Responsibilities
Ka-Negosyo Partners agree to uphold the reputation, standards, and quality of the Company’s products and services.
Partners must use approved marketing materials and branding guidelines provided by the Company.
Any misrepresentation, unauthorized use of the brand, or breach of policies may result in immediate termination.
5. Fees and Payments
Any applicable registration, franchise, or participation fees will be communicated clearly prior to agreement.
Partners are responsible for any operational costs incurred in the conduct of their business.
Revenue-sharing, commissions, or profit arrangements shall be defined in a separate Partner Agreement.
6. Confidentiality
All information provided by the Company, including recipes, business strategies, and operational details, is confidential and must not be disclosed or shared with third parties without written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of the Company. Partners are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use these materials for promotional purposes only during their active partnership.
8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnership at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the business.
Partners may voluntarily withdraw from the program by providing written notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Partner arising from participation in the program, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to registered Partners and will take effect immediately upon publication.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Philippines.

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
