Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive orders.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect order details
  • Payment verification issues

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders may be cancelled ONLY before food preparation starts
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least one (1) day before the scheduled delivery date
  • Same-day cancellations or cancellations after food preparation has begun will NOT be accepted

 

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of food products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns are NOT accepted for change of mind, taste preference, or customer-provided order errors.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are NOT guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Mr. Fryman Food Delivery.

Refund requests may be considered ONLY under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered due to company error
  • Missing items verified upon order review
  • Valid food quality concerns reported immediately upon receipt and subject to evaluation

 

REFUND CONDITIONS

  • Concerns must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery
  • Photo or video evidence is required
  • Claims without sufficient proof may be denied
  • Approved refunds may be issued as:
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund via the original payment method, subject to management approval

Mr. Fryman Food Delivery reserves the right to deny refund requests and determine the appropriate resolution.
